Everyone talks about daily discipline like it's this magical thing that transforms your life overnight. Spoiler alert: it's not.
Here's what daily discipline actually looks like when you're building a $1M solopreneur business:
The Fantasy
You wake up at 5 AM, meditate for 20 minutes, write for 2 hours, exercise, eat a perfect breakfast, and then crush your to-do list with laser focus.
The Reality
You wake up at 7 AM (if you're lucky), check your phone, realize you're already behind, skip breakfast, and try to write while your brain is still half-asleep.
What I've Learned After 30 Days
1. Consistency Beats Perfection
Some days my writing is terrible. Some days I don't want to write at all. But I write anyway. Because consistency is more important than perfection.
2. Small Wins Matter
Writing 100 words when you don't feel like it is better than writing 0 words. Small consistent actions compound over time.
3. Systems Save You
Having a template, a routine, and a system makes it easier to show up even when you don't feel like it.
The goal isn't to be perfect. The goal is to show up every single day, even when it's messy.
